This recipe is for 21 day fix approved turkey meatballs, using only ingredients you can purchase at ALDI. This turkey meatballs recipe is very healthy and quick. You can make larger batches for easy freezing and food prep.
Nonstick cooking spray
2 lbs Fit N Active Lean Ground Turkey
Sea Salt, Parsley, Paprika, and Garlic Powder
1 Large Egg, Beaten
2 cups Rolled Oats
4 tbsp. Tomato Sauce
First, preheat your oven to 400. Next, coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, mix together the raw turkey meat, seasonings, egg, oats, and tomato sauce.
Roll into 1 inch balls and place them on the sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
