Here is my easy rotel dip recipe! This rotel dip only requires 4 ingredients and tastes amazing!! I make this for dinner sometimes and I serve it when we have tacos, or deep fried taquitos. It isn’t the healthiest recipe, but if you wanted to make it healthier you could use ground turkey instead of hamburger meat, and as for the cheese… you got me there. 32 oz. Cheese Block
1/2 cup of Milk
(Regular or Queso – which do you prefer?)
1 lb. ground Sausage or Hamburger Meat
(I use hamburger meat!)
1 10 oz. can of Rotel

In a crock pot set to high, allow the cheese to melt completely with the milk. Stirring occasionally. It takes about 1 1/2 hours. In a skillet, ground the hamburger meat or sausage. Drain. Combine it with the can of Rotel and mix into the crock pot with the cheese. Allow this to cook together for another hour. Serve with tortilla chips.

You can add optional seasonings to your meat, such as a packet of taco seasoning for a more Mexican flare! What do you do to make your Rotel dip different? Comment below!
