Very simple. Use a whole wheat wrap laid out flat or 1 Specially Selected Naan bread from ALDI. Optionally spread something on it like pesto, heavily steamed broccoli or greek yogurt. P.S. Feel free to microwave or throw in a pan with a little olive oil. You can also put them on the grill in foil.
