Here is another very simple recipe brought to you by The ALDI Mom. Using olive oil, pepper, and salt, pan fry a handful of fresh kale and a diced pepper. Mix up your eggs and pour them in the pan. Finish cooking. This really has alot of flavor. Something about the kale and the eggs together makes for an amazing breakfast!
