Ingredients: Per overnight jar you should include 1/2 cup dry oats (steel-cut or rolled is fine), 1/2 cup light almond milk OR skim milk, 1/2 cup strawberries.
This equals 1 yellow and 1 purple container.
For my Cinnamon and Syrup oats recipe, simply use 1 tsp. 100% maple syrup and a few dashes of cinnamon.
Directions: Combine ingredients into a jar or plastic container and put in the fridge overnight. The next morning you can heat it up for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or some like it cold.
Optional ingredients: Any fruits, spinach, chia seeds, peanut butter, nuts, honey, cinnamon, 100% maple syrup.
Overnight oats aren’t really good after 48 hours so if you are prepping yours, only go for 2 breakfasts at a time.
